This does not include: (1) Places established to provide temporary accommodation services operated by government agencies, state enterprises, public organizations, or other state agencies, or for charitable or educational purposes, without seeking profit or distributing income; (2) Places established to provide accommodation services charged on a monthly basis or longer; (3) Other places as specified by Ministerial Regulation.
