Community-Based Treatment (CBTx) is the rehabilitation of drug users based on community involvement. It is a rehabilitation process that can be carried out within the community. Drug users are screened into three levels: "user" (occasional use), "abuser" (increasing tendency to use), and "addict" (dependent). Users and abusers receive care through the Community-Based Drug User Rehabilitation program. Addicts, who have physical and mental health issues, are referred to healthcare facilities for appropriate care based on their condition.
