Number of Disabled Persons
Persons with disabilities means individuals who have limitations in performing daily activities or participating in society due to impairments in vision, hearing, mobility, communication, mental health, emotions, behavior, intellect, learning, or other impairments, combined with various barriers. They require special assistance in one or more areas to enable them to perform daily activities or participate in society like other persons. This is defined according to the types and criteria announced by the Minister of Social Development and Human Security.
